As we make some significant changes globally around our international supply chain, I am excited to have partnered with ACS. One of the main factors in us moving forward with ACS as our order management provider was for the comprehensive data that could be sent to Infor Nexus and then used to help with planning and exception reporting on the backend. Also, we run a lot of ad hoc data dumps to be able to answer one off questions that we historically were not able to answer, or it took us a long time to answer. Moen uses the powerful reporting engine within Infor Nexus in three ways. Firstly it gives us the capability to run adhoc reports on demand. Secondly, we have setup standard daily/weekly reports that give an overview of the current state of the business, and finally, we use the flexibility of the reporting function to provide back support and detail for our monthly financial reporting and savings activities.
