Our Clients

Crate & Barrel

As we make some significant changes globally around  our international supply chain, I am excited to have  partnered with ACS. We could not have had made  these changes without an industry leader such as  ACS. I am more than confident we will hit our ROI  and drive efficiencies within our direct import  program with ACS leading the way.

GE Appliances

General Electric Appliances selected ACS to be our 3PL for all production parts as well as finished goods inbound to the US. We have been very pleased with the success of the program and look forward to continued innovation. By utilizing Infor Nexus as the key application, we are able to leverage vendor booking and warehouse exceptions, which alert us to deviation from our standard process.

Kirkland's

One of the main factors in us moving forward with ACS as our order management provider was for the comprehensive data that could be sent to Infor Nexus and then used to help with planning and exception reporting on the backend. Also, we run a lot of ad hoc data dumps to be able to answer one off questions that we historically were not able to answer, or it took us a long time to answer. Now we will always be able to answer any questions that are asked of us. I am not sure I could have said that before ACS and Infor Nexus

Moen

Moen uses the powerful reporting engine within Infor Nexus in three ways. Firstly it gives us the capability to run adhoc reports on demand. Secondly, we have setup standard daily/weekly reports that give an overview of the current state of the business, and finally, we use the flexibility of the reporting function to provide back support and detail for our monthly financial reporting and savings activities.
